getting a S&M catalog in the mail (wtf?!?) and having the wife open it at the table during dinner. Even more so when she shows the mother-in-law pictures of boobs and schlongs.
When motorola and verizon released the DROID in the beginning of the month, I picked one up and have been in geek heaven since. Of course since I upgraded from a RAZR, that wasn’t hard. Sure it’s buggy and I have to restart it every couple days, but it’s so much fun. I can’t remember the last time i’ve said “aww sweet!” so many times.
Anyway, since then, I’ve discovered countless apps and games to burn up freetime that I don’t have. Hours on customizing ringtones/notifications, remote terminals, and games. And now, wptogo, an app with a clean UI that let’s me update the blog from the phone. Aww sweet!
Not that I’m planning on posting more frequently…
how in the world do you get a job in the software industry if you can’t write code??? i have 3 people on my dev team: 2 full timers and a contractor. the sad thing is that the contractor is the only one qualified for this job. there are 4 people on the project, but between the contractor and myself, we’ve done about 99.999% of the work. sigh.
